my primary email has been deleted and is as such inaccessible, I'm still logged in on multiple devices but I can't add a secondary recovery email because it's requiring a two factor authentication code. Is there any way I can change my primary email or is my only option to make a whole new account?

On Windows 11 - I keep getting logged out of Firefox after I close down. Then, when I enter my password to log in I get two emails with the same code and then two log in screens and duplicate emails to confirm login. I can only see one profile set up. I have not got automatic removal of history etc set. This does not happen on my Android devices. Any advice please as is getting more than frustrating!

I tried to login to Autodesk for some discussion about file retention, etc. I logged in using my user id and password and then Autodesk sent me a code as a two factor identification function. When the page opened the place to enter the code it looked like the image that I have attached. I could not enter the code supplied by Autodesk as FireFox kept trying to get me to do something with email masks. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I was testing a new website for a developer. I wanted to see if DNS worked correctly on various browsers. I downloaded Firefox and the test was OK. However, something happened with Yahoo and Facebook, apparently those sites think I am on another device. Where I have to log in, something with second level authentication was off, after several attempts I am now locked out. I suspect a Firefox setting is the problem. Suggestions on how to reset firefox?

I want to change the security rule. I have to get a code from my email in order to login to paypal. I wouldnt have any problem doing a text. Is there anything I can do?

It is becoming a serious pain in my butt that it seems every time I turn around that I have to log BACK into my mozilla account. and when I do I ALWAYS have to wait on an e-mail code. and when I get it I have to click into the field before I can paste in the code.

Are you guys going out of your way to make this a pain in my ass?

Do you have some way I can use an authenticator or Yubi key?

Do I H A V E to use 2nd factor? I have a password manager with unique strong passwords. I feel like you guys are living in the 90 when passwords was new and rotating passwords was concidered best practice.

and why is it that many websites do not function properly unless I am logged into my mozilla account? Youtube especially doesn't function right unless I am logged into Mozilla with my firefox browser. Are you guys tracking me?

all this to say please make it easier to login to my browser profile. This should not be a 12 step process.

I am a subscriber to Mozilla Relay that includes the "Phone Mask". I believe I correctly configured everything ages ago, but am feeling VERY FRUSTRATED whereby I am trying to purchase tickets for a local event and the SMS code (that expires in 15 seconds) sent to my mozilla phone mask is NOT getting to my iPhone. Isn't there an end-to-end test you all have to track down misconfigurations or other issues?

I have lost access to the primary email on the account. I have 2fa setup on the account and I have backup recovery codes. When I go to add another email it sends a code to the primary email, which has no access. Is there a way to use either 2fa or backup codes instead of the code sent to primary email?

Trying to sync Firefox to my mobile device. I get to this point where Firefox on my computer says:

Enter authentication code to continue to account settings Open your authentication app and enter the authentication code it provides.

It wants a 6 digit code. But I don't have an authentication app. How can I set one up for Firefox to sync to my mobile device?

Of a sudden, Moz VPN needed a log in. I managed to get in by submitting a new PW, and was sent a phonbe text for the 2nd verification. Now, I still can't log into my year old VPN account on what must be a VPN upgrade or something, without having an Authenticator App. For Windows 11? I think I may know what a key is, but all I know for certain is I'm lost an having to try to find another VPN until somebody or some AI can get me into my Mozilla VPN again. Thanks.
