Hello,

The subtitles aren't appearing in the PiP pop out when the original video is Disney+, but they're working on Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Is there a way to fix this? I looked around in the settings and couldn't find anything.

I have installed the German language extension . I can go to a sight written in German and it translates fine . THE SECOND I USE ANY SUB MENU WITHIN THE SIGHT IT DOES NOT TRANSLATE . right clicking and "translate" does not work since "translate" does not exist on the tab .

The firefox translate feature only works on the initial screen !

I can find no setting to fix this

I have been experiencing a problem with Cloudflare specifically on one site (character.ai) and when the verify you are human pops up. It takes me in a seemingly infinite loop. On the Cloudflare community site they say it could be because of things like adblock but even without any adblock or anything of the sort on it does the same thing. Sadly Cloudflare community doesn't support being used on Firefox. So maybe they don't support being used on Firefox in general? I have contacted the actual websites support but they don't seem to even read submitted inquiries because I never hear anything back from them except the automated message they received it. It is now preventing me from using certain things in general which as before it wasn't that big of a deal but recently they changed the site layout and still allowed you to use the old layout but the verification blocks you from using the old layout. The first one is one from a couple of weeks ago when it only effected me trying to open things in a separate tab and the second one is the newer one which prevents me from accessing the old layout. I'm not sure what to do about it since nothing I specifically could do to solve it has helped. I have opted into sharing data under troubleshooting IDK how well that'll help.

When I try and get a web page for example wordle or facebook I get following message 'There was an error displaying the search results. Please try again.' I have windows 11 on a laptop and am using duckduckgo as search engine. It has only started today and on Edge using same search engine I do not have the problem

Today while using firefox all my open tabs and windows crashed. Due to the situation, I had to restart my computer because everything was stuck. When it restarted I couldn't restore the previous session so I used various methods to restore it but I still can't restore the windows and tabs that were open today. I would like you to restore my session from before the failure today.

Earlier I tried to open firefox to go on the net and Bing came up. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled and the same happened. Then I deleted the Firefox folder fron the hard drive and then reinstalled Firefox again. This time it opened correctly. I can only assume but don't know, the Bing thing came about through one on the windows 11 updates. How can I stop this from re-occuring or can I? I only ever use Firefox, its just the best, thank you.

PS: I did have Firefox as my default browser but Firefox still became Bing. Lis

Chrome and Edge render the page just fine

I don't know if you can help, Miscrosoft is useless so have given up on them. For some days now I've been getting a grey box with red printing appearing repeatedly on my screen, right in the centre. Try as I might I cannot get it to stop. It could have something to do with videos as today it started appearing after I looked at a video on Twitter. I have included a photo of the box Weirdly, I can't take a screen shot of it - it comes up blank and also, the cursor disappears behind the box and is invisible.

If you can't help could you point me to where I might get help please?

I recently came across a webpage that is made to look like a message from Firefox letting you know you need to update the browser. Where should this be reported? I'm sure this is some malicious download though I have no way of checking.

I've migrated to Firefox from Chrome and am getting everything as close as possible to my Chrome setup. This is a usability issue when I zoom on an image, that has a larger version. Chrome allows me to zoom to the full extent of the image, but Firefox screen shakes and doesn't allow the same detail. Screen recording and links below.

Within 24 hours this weekend I was notified by my anti virus application (Avast) that they are no longer supporting Firefox browser (to concentrate on Outlook and Chrome), and a political news website that I frequent (Meidas) blocked me with a "captcha" type puzzle. The website said my browser was mimicking robot or bot use. I was presented with a puzzle requiring me to slide a tab rightward. It repeatedly told me I had slid the tab incorrectly. I believe all of this happened after an update of Firefox about the middle of last week.

Why is the text in tab names, address bar and menu boxes so small? I did the changes to about:config and the other one that comes up when I googled this question but, while they enlarge the text in those places, they make the page content too big.

I've had recent security issues and have had a couple actual breaches. Having two accounts so similar to one another caused some unnecessary confusion during a panicked burst of changing passwords. Can we merge them?
