Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

Trying to get on twitter, doesn't matter how I approach it I get redirected to a page that tells me my browser is not supported. Firefox is very much still listed as a supported browser.

Went through previous help discussions about this problem. I have made firefox forget twitter completely, and I've added it as an exception to enhanced tracking, neither of which have resolved the issue. I'm still only able to get to a page telling me my browser is not supported. It was working fine two days ago.

Any other suggestions?

I use FF on a 2012 PC running Windows10. I was going to replace the computer, but a tech shop nearby has recommended (without seeing my computer) updating the hardware within. I have a lot of passwords stored in FF, and I should like some advice regarding protecting privacy by saving them and reusing them on the refurbished computer. Any other comments about refurbishing as opposed to replacing would be welcome.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! When I try to open up Firefox I get the following little box on a plain screen: Firefox Error: Platform Version '131.0.2' is not compatible with

     miniVersion >= 131.0.
     maxVersion <= 131.0.

So What can I do to correct this?

I was just scrolling through passwords on my password manager and found 2 that didn't belong to me I deleted them but am now concerned as to how they got there. I cannot remember the other spurious one I deleted (as have had a general tidy up whilst I was there) but it gave my user name as 'scottish' which is something I would not use as I am not!

Can you shed any light on how this has happened please? I have run Microsoft Defender and Eset but neither showing any issues.

I have scrolled down through my history and the only 'Piano vx' are from today when I was checking what the password was for.

I recently updated FF to 128.3.0 ESR and have found that FF no longer appends the suffix to the url I tupe in the url bar. For instance, to go to yahoo.com all I had to do was type yahoo in the url bar and hit enter and FF would automatically add the .com and navigate to the site. This function has ceased to work since the latest update. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

question, if 128.3.1esr.exe is supposed to be good until mar25, why is it telling me i need win 10 when i try loading? i'm trying to stay as far away from windows as i possibly can, but unfortunately i had to reload win7 because the downloads i need for linux are being difficult with only 3 months of experience. i don't need your security, or what microsoft pretends is security. i have no intention of relying on windows, i just need to be able to download the programs to create bootable os's for my crypto miners, those are debian based. because from what i've learned so far, i just like linux better.

Hello, I have just reinstalled Windows on my PC and when I logged into my Firefox account, none of the data I had synced up. I lost all my bookmarks, accounts, logins, etc. Is there any way to get them back?

Recently, even on Ubuntu, but after that on arch, my browser tabs started to fall. Only the browser fell on Ubuntu at once, but everything falls on arch: both tabs and the browser itself. Please help me figure this out.

I have difficulty with a number of sites when trying to login. An example - yesterday I was unable to login to my account on STARZ immediately after changing my password. I switched to Chrome and I was able to complete the process. On STARZ it just acted like I had not entered my username and password. On vistana.com, when I initially put in the URL, I see a message box flash, then I get a blank window. Again, it works fine with Chrome.

Ideas? Ways to track what is going on? Any ideas appreciated! I would like to continue using Firefox, but it is very frustrating to have these login issues.

Hi, Thank you for your help My two devices are connected and recognize each other. The bookmark sync works somehow but seems frozen 6 months ago. The new macos : 13.1 with firefox 131 The old mac os :10.11 and firefox 78 I don't understand and can't sort it out.
