I cannot get the print button to work in my emails. I used to be able to close Firefox and re-open and then it would work, but today that did not work. I shut down my computer completely and still it does not work. I am attaching a snip of the screen showing the print button.

Hi ... the Firefox icon opens windows explorer instead of Firefox. I would prefer firefox, but I am forced to use Edge instead. Oh, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times.

How does one fix this problem?

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.

When I'm browsing, especially when shopping, say, Amazon, eBay, or Swanson Vitamins or wherever, FF opens a new tab which remains open to the right of the left-most original tab. Of course, when I + a new tab which I want it to stay open, it opens and, again, by itself, FF closes the first tab and the latter takes over the left-most spot. And, in case of eBay, when I click on an item I want to check, it keeps on opening a new tab on the original tab. Placing the cursor on FF icon on task bar displays all the tabs. I never had things like above happen with previous issue FF. Of, course, I don't know since which FF version was stable in the way I wanted. Does anyone know how to set FF to stop taking all these unwanted actions?

Why do I only get this on firefox?? If I use any other browner I don't get it?? I sign into google and set filter to nope but this get the 'error'

Have been unable to view readers comments for a number of weeks and can figure out how to fix. it is not all the time, like last night were available but not this morning. All other browsers there is no issue including DuckDuckGo. Am using Ublock Origin, but have been using for years with no issue, even when turn off result the same.

When I open Firefox browser the browser restsets and changes color to pink in the web address line. I have asked this question before. Is there someone technically familar with Firefox that can resolve this issue?

When selecting a file to upload, firefox freezes, when windows file explore pops up to select a file. Looked through a the help articles, but many are older and do not relect on my perticular issue, or they are to technical for me. Need to register a product and must upload a photo and order cop...go figure???

Hello! Google won't keep me logged in onto their services on Firefox, so that means for every time i open up Firefox I have to re-log in. I don't know why this happens, and I want to keep myself logged in onto google services but I don't know how to toggle it. Please help thank u!

I have 228 kb of cached web content that will not clear. I am also unable to get past the initial pages of cabelas.com. I can get to cabelas, then click on camping, then click on camp chairs, and that is where it stops. I tried it using microsoft edge and it works fine, so my desktop pc isn't the problem. Sportsmans Warehouse has a similar web site layout and it works fine, so the 228 kb is strictly related to cabelas. The 228 kb of cached web content that won't clear and the cabelas problems started together.

No matter how many times I clear the cookies, data, web cache, that 228 kb stays right there.

If I can find some way to clear that 228 kb, I bet cabelas will again work.

Due to one of your recent upgrades I can no longer stay logged into regularly used penned sites that I do NOT log out of when I close the Firefox browser. For years I never had to do this. Now I am.

Keep getting pop-ups from networkrush.co.in and speednetworkdevice.co.in both of which are identified as malware. Any way to block them?

For years I have used Firefox as my preferred internet browser, and most of the time it's OK. Recently, however, when trying to log on to my bank accounts, I get the message "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." How do I do this? In the meantime I am using another browser and can log on successfully there.

Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or not, but my Inbox says I have 2 unread messages but I can't seem to find them. They usually show up in bold to alert me that they are unread, but I cannot find these messages at all and don't know where to look for them. This happened once before and I discovered that they were embedded in a thread that someone had replied to but didn't show up to where I could easily see it. I had to search through all my threads to find it. I am only having this problem on my computer running Windows 11. My ipad shows everything as being read. Any help would b appreciated. Thank you,
