I had a yearly subscription of Mozilla VPN, for this there is a 30 day money back guarantee in Germany. I decided on the first day not to use the product and wanted to cancel the subscription and get my money back. Apparently I misunderstood the procedure here and stupidly deleted my Mozilla account. But now I am unable to contact Mozilla to request a refund. Alternatively I would want to use Mozilla VPN for the year in the meantime, but this is also not possible anymore because of my deleted account...
Is there a solution here? So either request the refund of the money or restore the deleted account to be able to use the paid product after all?

I recently signed up for the Firefox VPN service, but when creating account I mistakenly thought it was asking me to create a email with firefox so I made up one with @firefox.com. I paid for my first month and when I went to sign in to confirm my account, I get invalid email response since @firefox.com is an email domain that doesnt exist. Now I can't access the service I have paid for or even cancel it if I needed to. Please help.

Does the limitation of 5 devices mean you can only set up five devices, OR can you set up more than five, but only use 5 at a time?

I was trying to sign up for Mozilla VPN.
It clearly says "create an account", so I entered new account information (i.e. this email DOES NOT YET EXIST) expecting it to create the account for me, let me choose a password, etc.
So now they have charged my credit card and said they will send VPN setup instructions to that email (THAT DOES NOT EXIST).
I can not log into get this email. I can not access the service.
There is NO contact information nor support for this product except these community boards (worst design ever?!)
How do I get through this opaque process so I can get the service I paid for?

We have multiple devices and 2 Mozilla/Firefox accounts in our household. 1. With the 5 account/$4.99 introductory offer, can the subscription be shared between the two accounts? I did see that if 2 users long in on one device, that that accounts as 2 devices. 2. And if we want to add more devices than 5, can we only purchase another 5 account subscription, or is their a way to add devices ala cart? 3. How long does introductory offer last, once you sign-up and what is the regular monthly charge?
