I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

Reopening private tabs again and again sort of may push me out of Firefox on iOS altogether.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

When I opened my iPad all tabs saved in private browsing had disappeared. I keep them there not because they are particularly private but for ease of access. A note from Google said that it had changed my settings as they didn’t know if I was over 18. (I’m 75!) and I needed to sign in to Google. I always use Duck Duck Go as my search engine on my desktop and do NOT want to use Google if possible. Can you help. I’m really fed up/ angry about this intrusion. Sorry for explanatory ramble. Thunderbird downloads emails properly when first opened but the comes up with error as per attached for subsequent downloads. It does this for all (5) email addresses I have. Every once in a while when the error message comes up, Thunderbird freezes completely and I have to force quit. (on Mac)

Sometimes the lock icon in the url bar shows that a connection is insecure (slash through lock) when the connection is secure and using https. I haven’t been able to detect a pattern, but it’s happened enough times that it has become noticeable. I’m curious if there’s a reason behind this, or perhaps I’m misunderstanding how to interpret the lock icon? I’ve attached a screen shot of an example from the VSCode extension marketplace web site where there seems to be a disconnect.
