Sandbox facility provided by Quickheal Internet Security 2014 confirmed by a green border around the browser window is not seen
I have installed Quickheal Internet Security 2014 in my Desktop. It has sandbox facility for Secure Browsing. The protection accorded by this facility is indicated by a green band around the browser window from start and during surfing.This was seen till day before yesterday (9-02-2014) evening, when the green border band suddenly disappeared.I am not able to recollect the operation after which this happened. What I remember is I got a message from Quick Heal that "PDF file is opened outside browser window" The problem appears to have cropped up after this message.
I reinstalled the browser twice (once after reinstallation of Quick Heal) and reinstalled the quick Heal software once. The problem continues.
It is however observed that the green border continues with Internet explorer Version 11 during browsing confirming sandbox facility.
With the above problem I am not sure whether Firefox is getting hooked up with sandbox facility during browsing. kindly advice me in the matter.

Update the Quickheal Internet Security and try it.
I have been updating Quickheal daily. I have even reinstalled the Quickheal Internet Security and updated it. I have reinstalled Mozilla Firefox twice after the occurrence of the problem. Once before reinstallation and again after the same. But the problem continues.
You might want to visit the Quick Heal Community support forum, to see if their application is fully compatible with Firefox 27, as far as that "sandbox" is concerned.

I'm not seeing any add-ons installed for Firefox - in More System Details - as we usually see with most security suites.
