How can I block inappropriate ads?
There are inappropriate ads that are on websites that I frequently use. These ads did not use to pop up. how can I block these?

First, update to Firefox 22 Update Firefox to the latest release. Then try using Adblock plus to block ads https://adblockplus.org/en/firefox

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
