I am not getting the full page of th browser as set out in the introduction of the Firefioxe why is this browser why is this?
I downloaded the browser. I like Firefox because it's quick and provides me a lot of functions which are convenient for my business and internet browsing. However there. There is no place for me to enter new websites. Seems like I am only getting a portion of the webpage. There certain features on the page that are missing such as bookmarks, history the feature to edit,etc. There are no arrows to point me backwards or forward.

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.
Hit the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.
