It's been a few weeks that Firefox randomly crashes on the USAF Academy web site, with an approximate message : "We are sorry but..." and then the data on the error sent to you about the problem.

MS's Internet Explorer has no problem with this same site.

When in heaven's name are you going to fix this problem???????????

Do you have any crash report IDs? They may help identify the cause of the crashing. See Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) for details of how to get the report IDs.

I checked four of those crash reports and they all have the same crash signature, this crash signature being associated with problems with plugins. Unfortunately it is not one specific plugin that can cause this type of crash. The procedures in the troubleshooting plugins article may help.

I have done a "binary" disable of half of the plug-ins in an attempt to find the offending plug-in. I've done this routine twice and found that the issue seems to be random, having all plug-ins enabled and gotten a successful log-on and going to the cadet photos without a problem, and then the next time I do this (first shutting down to the desktop and re-starting Firefox) the error reoccurs.

I am too bleary-eyed to continue with this nonsense, so forget it.

I will simply log on in the future to the USAF Academy with Internet Explorer.

In the parlance of the sailor, "piss on it."
