When I right click anything in firefox, it shows the menu of options but they are all blank except for the ai option.

Where did you get Firefox from? Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search Are you running security software besides MS Defender? Windows home or pro?
