Hi, is this problem on your iPhone/iPad or on a Mac/PC?
- On iOS, I think the App Store app should let you update Firefox
- On a desktop OS, see: Update Firefox to the latest release
If that isn't working, are you getting a specific error message? What other clues can you provide that might point to the source of the problem?
