To help us to help you, would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot of what you are seeing in a reply to this thread?
Those are common optional actions users might want to take. Assuming that is a toolbar button, if you're not interested in using those options, you should be able to remove it in the standard manner for built-in toolbar buttons:
right-click > Remove from toolbar
