I have tried removing the site, adding back, troubleshooting mode, etc. I have added it with both http and https, nothing works. The only thing that works is to turn the pop up blocker off but I dont want to do that.

This worked before, but now it does not work correctly.

Is there a public page (no account required) that would demonstrate this behavior? It would be useful to have multiple people test before filing a bug.

Did you try to add the exception via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions" ?

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
