Videos and GIFs appear to be zoomed in and cropped
I am not able to play any video or see any GIF properly. They all appear to be very much zoomed in and cropped. I was able to view all videos perfectly so far. This problem has come in recent updates only.

What is the time stamp in the video when that screenshot was taken? (This will help me to recreate it.)

I have heard about this issue from other people, but I would like to better understand what you are seeing.

I don't remember the exact time, it was in the beginning only. It should be be somewhere between 5-10 seconds. Nevertheless this issue can be reproduced in any Android 7 version I believe for any video.
I even checked in the nightly builds and Firefox focus browser and the issue is being reproduced there as well.
