Calendar Lost after Upgrade to 19.2.0 on Windows

My CFO upgraded from 78 to 19.2.0 yesterday and all of his calendars are now missing. He is running on Windows 10. All of the articles I can find are for Linux and the Lightening extension. The lightening extension is not installed at all.

Is there a known issue on Windows with the upgrade and loosing all of the calendars?
