About downloads : I can't find the arrow pointing down to bring me to see all the previous downloads AND PAUSE AND RESUME DOWNLOADING, AND THE PROGRESS OF THE DOWNLOAD.

Could you please, PLEASE, let the same features on your new version and allow us to find things at the same place.

Thank you for you kind answers.

J.

Hello,

When a download is in progress or has completed, the icon will appear (if not, right-click on the toolbar > "Customize" to add it). The rest of the time, it is in the "Library" button (displayed as four books).

Hello. I asked to talk to a human. The one who answered (thank you) did not address my 2 questions, nor told me my comments would reach the programmers.

Thank you for answering 2 simple questions :

1- Where can I talk to a human about the problem, and
2- where can I (find the button to) stop and resume a download ?

thank you in advance.

May I suggest volunteers get a little training (even if in the form of a short tutoring) on how to read (understand what is ask) and answer all the concerns expressed ? I ask, because often time people retain only one part when there are more than one concerns to address.

blessings to all the team.

2- where can I (find the button to) stop and resume a download ?

Try this:

  1. click on the hamburger menu (the icon with three horizontal lines in the upper-right)
  2. click "customize"
  3. You should see the downloads arrow in the toolbar now. Click on it, an uncheck the checkbox next to "auto-hide"
  4. Once you do that, the downloads arrow should work the same way that it did before.

Does that help?
