You suggested I do a "refresh" and apparently installed a new version of Firefox when I did. Now my Comcast email isn't working. It works on IE & Chrome.
Comcast email is all "blacked out" after I did the refresh that was suggested by Firefox. Contacted Comcast & we determined that my email works on other systems, like Internet Explorer and on my phone. They said it's a problem with the newest version of Firefox, which unbeknownst to me, was installed when I did the refresh.
Is this being worked on? Thanks.
