When using Facebook “video call” I can't see but hear the recipient but they can see and hear me.

This worked perfectly last week. I am trying to use Facebook “video call” using “Mozilla Firefox” as a browser. I can't see but hear the recipient. They can see and hear me. When making the call, the camera icon in the upper left corner in the messenger window is red and blinking suggesting that the setting of the rights is not correct. But camera access for messenger is on. I use Windows 10. Camera work when making video call using Crome and when Skyping.
