In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Firefox still crashes if I open it immediately as soon as I boot into desktop. This does not happen with Chrome. It use to happen with both firefox and chrome, but now it just happen with Firefox.

Remember that you are using a beta version and there may be issues.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Are you sure it is a build on Beta channel? as the a2 in 50.0a2 means it is a build on the Aurora (aka developers edition) channel. If so then the 50.0a2 is a older build as Aurora channel has had 51.0a2 on the channel since a late build on Sept 19. Yes the current Beta build of 50.0 on Beta channel is at 50.0b2.

Aurora and Night channel builds gets checkins almost everyday so they get updates each of those days . This can sometimes create issues until fixed, finished or reverted.

I am able to reproduce this problem even with version 49.0.1 This is a bug in Firefox.
