can't watch hgtv live on firefox. works okay on chrome

I bring up HGTV, then click on "watch live". The watch live page comes up, but the button to bring up your cable provider so you can sign in does not. i can't log on. If I switch to chrome, the provider box will come up, and i can stream hgtv.
