Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

That message is from the Windows system.

At the bottom of the message box, click View Details.

There was no place to click "View Details" at the bottom of the message box.

View Detailed Information in blue lettering, indication that is a hyperlink.
