My partner has an optus email address she has had for years. When we moved recently we only had telstra available via nbn. We had to pot our number across so we could get it diverted to our new number with telstra. We then had to get a pre paid service from optus to keep the email address. Since then she has been limited with storage with optus. She has firebird set up but we are not sure how to make sure she does not lose anything from past emails. What we would like to do is have the emails arriving at firebird or outlook or anywhere we can get more storage but they must originate from her inbound optus email account. San anyone please help as she is continually running out of room for emails.
