How keep windows position and size on session restore with a value on layout.css.devPixelsPerPx=1 ?

After updating to Firefox 47.0 my browser doesn't keep the position and size of original window on the next launch. This issue happens when i set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx value to 1 (if i choose to not restore tabs and just open homepage the window keeps position and size). I have tried with my original profile and with a new profile after a firefox reinstall and the two have the same behavior.
