How do I delete destinations of sending tabs to other devices?

I found that FireFox sync is very useful since I can send some tabbed websites to my PCs from my small Android devices so that I can read the site easily.

However, I found that tab-sending destinations are multiplied; I mean, there is a same device which is listed twice or more, which makes me confused which device I should choose to send the tab to the correct device.

For instance, I have a device "Alpha" and a device "Beta"; when I want to send a tab from "Beta" to "Alpha", I always see multiple "Alpha" in the list of the destinations.

How do I solve this problem?
