Im reimaging Windows, how do I transfare/keep all my Firefox things?
Hello, once again..
So shortly after restoring my system to a old point, fixing a couple things, my system in general has been hell. Many features(explorer.exe [not IE... EVER], Adobe Flash Player, Firefox, Skype, etc.) has been freezing, then shutting down. So Im planing to reimage. But how do I keep all my FIrefox things? Im thinking I have to just drag the Firefox folder over to a USB/External Harddrive then I'm done, but could there be a easier way?
Thanks.

The Firefox program files are easily replaced. The important stuff is in your Profile folder, which it in a totally different location than the Firefox program files.

I think Windows has a kind of repair installation where it preserves your user folder and stores it in C:\Windows.old\
I don't know how you do that kind of reinstall, and maybe it's more work that reimaging, but I just thought I'd mention that as a possibility because it is easy to forget something when making a backup.
