the plugin primetime content decryption module provided by adobe systems incorporated says will be installed shortly but has yet to update
basically what the question says it's been like that for the past 3 updates of the nightly 64bit was hoping it would be fixed by now but figured since not maybe y'all are unaware of this problem cause there are others with the same issue.
