I can't find the Ghostery logo. How do I know that it is installed and running?

I am running Firefox 37.0.1 and had Ghostery installed. I had to uninstall Firefox and do a complete install. I then installed Ghostery 5.4.3, which was running previously. Now there is no Ghostery logo and I can't set any options. When I attempt to access the Options page it comes up blank> resource://firefox-at-ghostery-dot-com/ghostery/data/options.html < It truly appears that Ghostery is showing as installed, but it is not. HELP!
