I signup a account at 6/30,and save many bookmarks.Today I reinstall my OS and firefox, and I find my firefox account is unavailable.
I signup my first account at 6/30, using "firstname.lastname@example.org", to asyn my bookmarks on different PC. Today, I reinsatalled my PC OS and firefox browser. when I was going to login my account, I was telled "this account isn't exsisted"...Why? So many loved bookmarks was gone!

Hi bliky, Thank you for your question, that sounds like a very confusing error. Did you set up your account on the old version of sync(was your version 29 or before? ) This may be that the old sync servers have the account and not the new one.
If this is not the case you can reset the password of the account from https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password but you may need to set up a new account if it does not exist. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
