If I were to use a web browser to look at my Verizon email, I would use a bookmark. You did not include a url so someone can duplicate your experience to see if they have a problem or suggestions. I had no problem reading my Verizon email on 6.0.1 using Firefox though not my normal way of looking at email.
Name: verizon:e Verizon EMAIL Login Page
- Location: http://netmail.verizon.net/webmail/servlet/HttpNimletDriver?nimlet=LoginNimlet&site=C
- Keyword: verizon:e
Or this link is what appears to be used now if you click on email, either would work:
thank you
