Thunderbird has just updated and changed my message pane!

my 32bit Thunderbird has just updated to 139.0 and the message pane has changed an I hate the look/layout . how can I get it back to how it looked before the update easily thanks

EDIT: - I sorted it. The update put it to 'Cards View' - I went into settings and switched it to ' Table View' and its back to normal now - phew!
