+ button in cookies tab in dev tools not working

I was trying to add a cookie for localhost:port so i went to the dev tools and after going to storage > cookies > localhost:port, clicking the "+" button did not work, while it does on other websites.

Environment: browser: Firefox Developer Edition, version: 106.0b4 (64-bit) OS: Windows 10
