I recently had a windows update (currently running WIndows 11) and since then, my screen appears blurry / low-resolution. I have tried re-installing, adusjuting the DPI settings and troubleshooting compatability - nothing is working. Can you advise?

Sounds more like a Video driver issue. Did you uncheck hardware acceleration to see what happens. Also this could be related to Windows 11 itself not something the Browser can fix.
