How to stop copy link, share link, save image, copy image box from constantly coming on?

When viewing web pages a box comes up stating copy link, share link, save image, copy image. It blocks viewing of the webpage. If you tap anywhere outside of it, it disappears, but pops back up again. Needs to stop. Very annoying! Any way to fix or turn off?
