Hi, how can I use 2FA add on to decode a QR code?

To the one in charge: Hi, good afternoon, I am writing to ask about the Two-factor Authenticator. I have installed it on the browser, but when I tried to use it to decipher a QR Code with either the scan and the 'Add screen shot' option, nothing happened.

If you could give me some advice how to use it in order to get the 2FA code to verify an account, I will greatly appreciate it.

Hi, are you referring to one of these add-ons:

I'm not sure they have anything to do with QR codes, but maybe I don't understand the full context of the problem you're trying to solve.

Often an extension author will provide a support address or forum to get more information on their add-on. Usually in that case there's a link on the right side of the add-on's page.
