Any word from those in the know yet? Having to use different browsers to see multi-pic posts is really annoying.

For the past few days when trying to use Google search on Firefox I get this message:

"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?"

Then it makes me jump through several hoops to do a search on google.

This is a Firefox specific message as I can switch to Safari and there is no roadblock.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Any way to resolve?

I'm seeking support to try to resolve an issue that has recently started happening. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this, so if this is resolved others can benefit too. I'm not a complete novice, but neither do I claim to be an I.T. expert.

I use my ISP's webmail service to access my emails. I'm aware I could use an email client, but I prefer to access via a web browser and have done so for many years. About a week ago, I was no longer able to sign in to my webmail. I thought it may be a problem with my provider, so I checked using other web browsers - Safari on iOS which worked and Microsoft Edge (using the same internet connection, same desktop PC) which also worked and continues to work without issue. I can only think it must be something wrong with Firefox? I can access the sign in page as normal using Firefox and select my email address, but after attempting to login I always get the same error message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in just now

Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

   Use a device you've signed in on before
   Try again from a familiar connection
   If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

I have 2 extensions installed in Firefox - Adblock Plus and Ghostery. I have already added the specific URLs to the allowed websites list (first is the sign in page, second is what it redirects to):

mail2.virginmedia.com oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk

I have searched around for possible solutions, to no avail. Virgin Media advise only signing in on their main home page, but I've never done this as its just another step and extra unnecessary clicks. I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with news, offers and promotions every time I want to check my email, so I only use the direct webmail sign in.

I have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Then I tried to refresh Firefox, none of which worked. I also tried uninstalling Firefox, then using CCleaner to perform a clean up and registry scan to fix any possible issues, followed by a clean installation. To my surprise, I was able to sign in to webmail OK. However, the next morning, I got the same error. The only other settings I have tried tweaking is adding exceptions to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and "Block pop-ups and third-part redirects" on those 2 web addresses.

Any suggestions or options to try would be appreciated.

Since update I can't copy and paste, because the menu is partly deleted. Since Update Geocaching.com doesn't work properly. Can't copy coordinates

With every release of Firefox I find that more and more websites that I use become unusable with Firefox, meaning I have to constantly switch between browsers that are not broken, like Chrome and edge. Before abandoning Firefox altogether I would like to know if it is possible to repair Firefox. The latest site Firefox that causes Firefox to crash is thai-language.com, which returns the completely false and meaningless message "The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox can’t connect to the server at www.thai-language.com". This worked well until the latest 'upgrade' or rather 'downgrade' from Firefox.

I can not log in to home depot website because it won't send me the verification code. No other website gives me this problem and I can log in with Chrome.

How can I fix this?

Since the last few days weather.com will not work with my version of Firefox. I use 115.37.0esr version of Firefox. Since the last few days Weather.com seems like it is loading and displays the page correctly for half a second but as soon as the page appears, it disappears leaving a small message midscreen that says " This page couldn’t load - Reload to try again, or go back."

I tried turning off my adblocker but that made no difference. Anyone got any ideas? I really like weather.com. It's one of those nice websites that are like when the web was new and was just a useful thing for everyone.

can not copy and past in ebay descriptions when trying to make a listing .Also can not type in the description box will work on edge trying to list but can not as i can put information in description box. Tried on edge works fine. turned off enhanced protection still same.

In during a search this problem has happen before after updates

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. Hello, I need Help with my NAS System, because i can´t copy my Files per Drag & Drop. It works with other Browsers (Opera, Edge) but not with Firefox anymore. It worked since March this Year but after an Update it dosn´t work . Now after a few Updates later it still dosn´t work. Is there any solution for this Problem of should i change my Browser? recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

I cannot correct misspelled words when using Proton Mail. It has worked in the past, until recently. Perhaps the latest Mozzilla update? In the body of my email Proton email shows the words which are misspelled but I cannot right click to correct the spelling. Proton never seemed to support the "subject" field typos but did support spelling correction in the body of the email. The spelling correction works properly in Google docs.

Spelling correction is turn on in Firefox settings.

Hoffe hier hat jemand eine Erklärung dafür. Ich bin auf mein Firefox angewiesen, verwende den Browser schon eine halbe Ewigkeit. Möchte ungern auf einen anderen Browser wechseln.

Lately I am noticing my browser takes a very long time to load certain websites (GitHub and Confluence mainly)

I don't experience the same issue on Google Chrome

When sites do load, they are often without stylesheets, and page elements do not work (possibly indicating scripts are not loading)

I get an "access denied" message when I do a search within a web site that I am connected to. Problem is with Fire Fox. Do not have the problem with google chrome.
