Sync collections after Android factory reset, have Firefox on desktop that is synced, but the new Android install synced bookmarks but not collections, of which i have many, or did.

I'm sure I've just missed a step, but been reading for 3 weeks now .... any idea's?

Please help. Was on phone with a Samsung rep who deleted my Firefox account. When I signed back in I forgot my password so I changed it. I've lost everything and don't know how to get it back. Any help is appreciated.

Dont give me the link of the how to with a desktop/laptop/typerwriter i left that obsolete trash behind 10 years ago.

Im getting pretty annoyed at the lack of possiblities of importing bookmarks. There seem to be no available apps that deal with this and of course mozilla hasnt caught on that this is a common sense requirement of users 🙄

Someone tell me there is an option to import bookmarks that im missing please.
