I switched from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox yesterday and got a problem with some formats of video. I think, this is MP4/H264/HTML5, because in Twitch.tv player isn't working fine (audio works fine, trouble only with video), when player in "HTML5 Player mode", i got greenscreen. But when i change the player by function of Twitch, it working okay. So, same with YouTube. Some (not all) videos got greenscreen, live translations got greenscreen. Its not a problem with Adobe Flash. I think, this is because of HTML5 and MP4/H264. What i have to do? From time to time Firefox will hang. Sometimes it Crashes. When I run a compatibility check the response indicates that Firefox is not compatible with Windows 10 Home Edition. Apparently Windows 10 Home Edition sets compatibility to Windows 8 to "fix" this problem. FYI.

When trying to access some websites, I get a popup that says I need to set up an account with Account Wizard. This account will collect the info needed. If i don't know the info asked for, i need to contact ISP or system admin. Behind this popup is a page from Mozilla-looks like a page on which one would write a letter. What is this, how do i delete it so I can view the website ? This doesn't happen with every website.

Last week this showed a message at the top of the weather display panel @Javascript required' and the display is not shown. This has never happened over several years of using this site. For some months I have had a problem with 'anit-robot' proceedures such as Captcha which fails to show the image box. I believe these two may be related and linked to the JavaScript issues which arose during 2017 (from memory). I have updated Firefox to 6.50 (32-bit) which made no difference. Any advice on how I overcome this please? Many thanks

I have it checked and unchecked where it is suppose to be so that it DOES NOT update! YET it still does it! SO when is Firefox going to give SOLUTIONS instead of just adding another question to the same stuff... we know a lot of people are having the same problem... I want to know why the newest Firefox is complete shit it's like you went backwards instead of progressing and making it better. Stop changing the layout and features that people get use to using. I can understand security patches being updatable but the end user should have the option of just downloading certain features and security updates. You can't have users that are used to manipulating a version they like lose most of the features and layout they enjoy. Part of the reason I recommend Firefox to absolutely everyone I talk to is because it's the ultimate browser for the common and majority of users. That is until this last release that I kept getting messages saying I have to update I hate the new latest version with a passion and its starting to make Chrome or IE look like good alternatives when they never were before.

Everything went well with the booking until I got to the last page where I review the booking and Air Mile Flights Terms and Conditions. "By clicking on this button, I have read the Travel Documentation Advisory and agree to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program". When I click that link the page proceeds to "PROCESSING Please Wait", then it quickly flashes to "Authorizing" and then reverts to the page that I just left. It never stops on the page where I would enter the Payment details.
If I disable private browsing the site functions properly and I can complete the transaction. Popups and cookies were allowed in both scenarios.
