Hello,

I work for a company that integrates with Netsuite via SSO. Users should not be required to reenter their credentials to access the integrated app via a NetSuite subtab. However, this has been an ongoing issue. I thought it had something to do with cookies, but I cannot figure out what is causing this. Here's what happens: A user logs in to Netsuite, looks up a posted document, and clicks on the subtab of the integrated application. They are then prompted to enter their credentials. This prompt keeps repeating whenever the user refreshes a page or opens a tab. It seems like the browser is not retaining or saving the user's credentials. This does not happen to Chrome or Edge users. Is there anything you can do?

As the title says , im really hoping for a small change that will happen from Firefox team or an addon , since i started using vertical tabs it was the best thing ever happen. however im really just hoping to have the option to increase the icon size of the tabs, i usually just have the icons showing without the name of the tab thing, but my only need is just to have the ability to increase the size of the icon tabs thats it

To whm it may concern, Having the same problem as others with homepage shortcuts and Its absolutely absurd - I want FAVORITES shortcuts on my home screen, not shortcuts for every flamin page I visit (mind you, your new shortcuts creation option is designed so poorly, if I sign into something like an email account, it saves shortcuts for the initial page, the login page and the landing page! - Seriously Mozilla??) The box you once checked to save favorite site shortcuts now says "sites you save OR VISIT". Thats just utterly ridiculous, especially when I have set cookies and history to be deleted on browser exit.

I've been using Firefox since forever but over the last couple of months, the auto translate subtitles (to English) hasn't been working when watching Youtube videos. There's a thread on the Youtube support site with nearly 40,000 posts of people with the same issue and tonight I was trying to watch a video where the hosts talk in Italian, so I use auto translate to English subtitles but no subtitles appear. It will show Italian language subtitles.

I've gone back through this Youtube channel's history trying videos I've previously watched from months/years ago when auto translate used to work but even they're not working now.

I decided to try the video in Edge browser and to my surprise the auto translate to English worked there. They also work in Chrome.

So what could be causing this issue on Firefox, which started about August time?

This is quite bizarre as I assumed all the processing/translation was done by Google/Youtube so in what way can Firefox be part of this issue?

To be clear, subtitles in the (foreign) language the people are speaking, works. Subtitles translated from that language to English (or other languages) has stopped working. Subtitles translated from that language to English IS working on Edge and Chrome browser.

Some of the installations seem to be blocked by Microsoft if you are using a Microsoft system. If the Software being downloaded is not sold by Microsoft store, Microsoft blocks it or deforms it. During any update, Microsoft removes MusicBee and some other software not purchased from Microsoft store

Firefox used to have my background colors, and on the latest update, my pull-down menu and tabs are robin's-egg blue. I can't figure out how to get my colors back, and I hate that color.

How the hell do I get back control over my colors?

146.0 (64-bit) Windows 11 December 11, 2025 Turned on computer this am, Firefox webpage popped up telling me about what is in it's future but now my side bar is black print on really dark background. Help!

I have lost all my Firefox bookmarks. All gone. I have searched online for solutions, and have seen what appears to be a standard procedure for doing so. Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks> LIbrary>Import and Backup>Restore

This is where it breaks down for me......I see no date available to use. All I see is "Choose File" and when I click that, nothing happens. That is the dead end I am at now.

Can anyone out there point me in the right direction? Many thanks. Jay

My computer unexpectedly had to do a factory reset. I had to add Firefox back on to my computer. It was my main default browser. I couldn't remember my password because I had Firefox for so many years. Your system forced me to change my password and now I cannot gain access to my bookmarks/passwords when I sign on. If you tell me that those were lost in the transition, I will be so upset. This was the only reason I was using you and do not understand why syncing is not working or recovering the information. I hope that this can be recovered, if not I have no use for your browser and will switch to a more updated browser in Chrome. I have never had such problems and cannot even remember all the bookmarks I have lost. I will never forget this experience. My hope is it will be because someone there was able to save the day and not because I realized that your company is outdated and clunky like Microsoft. Hoping you can help and completely upset. I am also very confused why my information would not have backed up automatically.

My Bookmarks Sidebar is now displaying with white lettering on a very light gray background, making it almost impossible to read. How can I change either the font color in the sidebar, or the background color?

When I try to log into Xfinity to pay my bill I get this. Is it related to Firefox? Thought I'd ask you before I tried to work my way to a human at Xfinity
