Dear friends,

For the last 10 days I'm facing problem to run google meet. Either I can't join or the app crashes right after joining the session. The app works fine on other browsers. Will appreciate your help.

I am 81 years old, ad not a tech genius, but I can no longer access my memory photos that microsoft one drive sends me every day. It did work before, but now I get a blank screen. Microsoft help tried the edge system, and the pictures came up, but on firefox, I now get a blank screen. I do not want to change browsers

Hello. I am using Linux Mint 21.3 cinnamon and Firefox 144.0.2 When I use Google maps and the yellow small pointer (cartoon) to go on a specific street, the window come black when shifting to street view. My only extension is disabled, hardware acceleration unchecked, cache cleared and cookies cleared. I have made fresh install and nothing help. Troubleshooting mode allow street view to work fine but normal mode don't work. Google chrome work good. Chromium work good. And finally, Firefox work ok on my Linux mint LMDE 6.

Any idea where to go to solve this issue?

When I log into my Outlook Web account, after putting in username and password, it sends me a verification number to my phone. When I put that number it the screen says "Logging out of Microsoft Outlook" and then takes me to the logged out screen. This was working fine until the last update of Firefox, and it works fine in the Duck Duck Go browser. It also works on my Android Cell phone.

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

I'm no longer able to play Youtube videos on Firefox. I've tried everything from re-starting laptop (this worked initially) to refreshing/updating Firefox browser as well as clearing Firefox cache and cookies. Any help will be appreciated.

Issue: A regression in Firefox version 142.0 (64-bit) breaks the display of the CAPTCHA widget on the login page for https://my8k.me/login

Evidence: The two attached images provide a clear comparison:

   Image 1 (Firefox 142.0): The CAPTCHA area is completely missing or fails to load, showing only a broken element or empty space.

   Image 2 (Other Browsers / Older Firefox): The CAPTCHA renders correctly and is fully functional, confirming the problem is isolated to the latest Firefox update.

Conclusion: This indicates a specific compatibility bug introduced in Firefox 142.0, rather than a general website or user configuration error.

I am using the Raindrop (raindrop.io) bookmark manager. It has been working fine on Firefox for years. However, with my recent update to Firefox 140, it is broken. Specifically, I can no longer use the highlighting function. It works fine on Chrome, but not on Firefox. I've seen several similar reports on Reddit's Firefox forum (r/firefox).

What to do? I don't want to have to switch to Chrome. Suggestions appreciated.

My webmail is not loading. https://webmail.everyone.net/#/login It keeps spinning and never loads (so I can see the boxes to put in my u/p).

• I've deleted the cookies and cache but that doesn't solve the problem.
• I always keep current with FF updates.
• The problem is only on my computer. No problem on my husband's computer.
• No problem in Edge or Chrome.

What next?

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Is anyone else having problems with the latest version of Firefox not rendering Google Calender, Amazon.com and other websites?

I was using my computer with no issues this morning, then updated to ver 143.0.1. Now when I try to open a tab I see the page briefly flash across the screen and then have just a blank screen. It does not happen on all sites. Sometimes it is a tab within the same site that I can visit. No I am not tech savvy.

I cannot sign into my att/yahoo email while using Firefox. After calling AT&T they told me to use Microsoft Edge which I told them I would not! When trying to sign in I receive the error message "It's not you, It's us" try again. It is my belief that att is trying to coerce me to change browsers so they can spy on me

I noticed that Firefox updated today or recently. I am having a lot of trouble with the browser today. Many complex pages aren't loading and just have overlapping photo icons. I can't use certain pages where I enter and save data. When I try these pages on chrome they open without problem. Is this some firewall that is over the top or is it something happening only today? Because if Firefox is like this now, I'll have to stop using it.

I've been using FireFox to login to nytimes.com for many years. Recently, the nytimes.com website hasn't been working properly. It works fine using Edge.

Symptoms are: (1) The zoom level at login and the zoom on going from page to page is very inconsistent. (2) Clicking the Account button does not open the account settings page. Instead it causes the screen background to become grey.

I restarted FireFox in troubleshooting mode, but this did not improve the behavior. I have a single extension (Adblock). Disabling Adblock on nytimes.com also did not improve things.
