My old laptop died, and I can't remember my password. Can I reset my password without loosing my bookmarks?? That's the whole reason I would need to sync in the first place.

It appears that Firefox recently updated it's Themes site and it is terrible.

There's no way to see what a theme looks like unless you install it. Please fix this Firefox!

Please bring back the classic desktop page so we can preview themes.

Bing is popping up on my home screen whenever I want to search. And then it stays there. Bing also steals my search when I use Goggle. The only search engine showing under Customize is Google. It's google I want. I have followed Bing's instructions for removal as well as a couple I have found here by poring through Options, Customize, Extensions and Add-ons, and Help, as part of several found instructions. I am running Firefox Quantum Mozilla under Windows 10 with Google as my search.

And I cannot find nor get rid of Bing.

I use FF 65.0 / 64 bit Windows 10 Pro N / 1809 / Built 17763.292 Nvidia driver 418.81

In this version of windows, but also in the last one, FF causes Windows blue screens (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED). It happens after some time working with the browser, especially when many tabs are open and videos are played. But not always - I cannot reproduce it. I just know it always happens when I browse in FF.

It looks like windows10 firefox65 32bit displaying embedded PDFs does not work. there's no error in the console. you can test it here: https://pdfobject.com/

works fine in windows 7 32 and 64 bit, and windows 64 bit. this is causing huge issues with clients, please investigate urgently.

Stop, I am about to drop firefox. Since 50 something you changed, and you say its always like that but that is false. You changed tabs on top like in version 40, since then we all complain and you insist on this. I am about to drop firefox for good. Stop

When I'm using Firefox, on reputable sites, this screen pops up, along with a bunch of beeps. It appears to be from Firefox, but I assume it isn't. Where is coming from? Is is dangerous? How do I get rid of it?

I called Apple support, and they helped me run a scan with MalwareBytes (the scan came up clean), but the problem is still recurring. The Apple support person said to contact Firefox.

I'm running into some problems with accessing Hotmail as for some reason it will insist on adding a OWA like so https://outlook.live.com/owa/ and I'm being blocked from accessing Microsoft support at as Firefox Claims that Microsoft support at https://support.microsoft.com/ hasn't configured their website correctly which I find hard to believe. Can this be switched off or bypassed as I need to know what's going on with the Hotmail account?

some wordpress sites can not display correctly. ex. https://clayfanshop.com/ it looks css files doesn't work.

The site works correctly other browsers, Google chrome, Edge, IE.

Clear all cache and cookie, but nothing changes. I installed Firefox on another PC, but it had same problem.

Not only the site, the layout of login page of my wordpress is broken (css files are not working), so it is not the problem of wordpress theme or plugins.

My son installed Firefox in my computer and he input his Google account as default. He is living in another country and I have to constantly change Google to my account. I've thought that, if I reinstall it the problem is going to be solved, but unfortunately absolutely all the old setting remain, even if I let the "Restore... " box checked. Firefox knows it's been reinstalled. I cannot login on my son's account for privacy reasons, so I cannot delete it. Is there a way to reinstall Firefox from scratch?

The most efficient / effective way for me to function as a Nursing Student with tons of bookmarks to do research n "stuff" is for the bookmarks sidebar to show on the left. I can navigate to the URL I want, click it to open in a new tab, and I'm "set" except that the sidebar shows in the new tab and takes up valuable real estate.

If I close the sidebar it closes on all open tabs. Very dysfunctional.

Firefox is not allowing to view contact information on Craigs list. It shows the Recaptcha thing in the lower right corner then " error accured, try later" If I use internet explorer it allows me to get the contact info on the ads. This just started a few days ago. Tried resetting to a couple of weeks back to loose any current down loads and no help.

I have been running Firefox on my PC with no issues since Mar 2018. Then last week i started to get this line of info at the top of the screen when when I started Firefox -

Since i was unable to get back to the Firefox window i was used to for almost a year, I decided to UNINSTALL Firefox. i then downloaded Firefox installer but could not install it again, getting an Installer window that reads, "Sorry, Firefox can't be installed. This version of Firefox requires MS Windows 7 or newer. I'm running MS W7.
