Hi. For the past few months I have been unable to play samples from the Audible website in Firefox on my android phone. When I click the word "Sample" Audible opens up a new tab with their Web player and I always get an error message that is just a rectangular box with an exclamation mark inside a triangle on the left side of the box. (Screenshot attached.) There are no words inside the box and the only option is to close the tab. Since there is no actual message I'm not sure what the problem is.

Playing samples used to work fine when you could play them within their web page before Audible changed its system. I seem to be able to play samples on Audible's Web player in Chrome, but would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser. I have tried deleting all history, cookies and cache; closing and reopening Firefox; turning phone off and starting again after an hour. I've also tried enabling autoplay, but that made no difference. I was thinking that the issue may be with my other settings within Firefox, but I can't tell. Any help you can provide would be great. I recently switched from Linux to Windows and installed Firefox on my new system. I signed in with the same Firefox Account that I had used on Linux, but none of my bookmarks, shortcuts, or other data have synced. It feels like a fresh Firefox setup. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1. Confirmed that I signed in with the same Firefox Account. 2. Verified that Sync is enabled for bookmarks, history, and other items on Windows. 3. Triggered manual sync multiple times, but nothing has appeared. Is there any way to check if my bookmarks were stored on the Firefox servers, and if so, how can I retrieve them?

(sorry for my bad English) I delete and again install Firefox, and after this if I open tabs (Youtube, etc) and close browser, tabs doesn't restore and showing default 1 search tab Firefox. Setting to restore tabs enabled, but not working, lile a method with about:setting. I will be grateful for help.

How do I get Firefox to open in a full screen rather than the small box that hides in Excel? I use a Windows 11 updated laptop. I am relatively new to Firefox and allow all updates. I don't remember this being an issue when I started.

Hello, i found interesting difference between windows and linux versions. In Firefox version for Windows os I can make folder in folder at bookmarks, but in Firefox at Linux OS I can't do it. I think it's very helpful. If you can fix it. It would be great.

Starting last night, Microsoft wants me to login with my username and password. However, it will not allow me to input those factors. I have Windows 11 and am using a new desktop cube made by KAMRUI. I detest the control Microsoft is forcing on me. Can I delete my MS account? I don't use their products. Also, I am disgusted by their manipulation and invasion of my privacy. What are my options, in this case?

Virusscanner warning supposedly from "Mozilla Firefox" On my laptop I get these fake warnings (see attachment). Every time Firefox is opened they appear. The virus scanner says there are no virussen. How do I get rid of this?

I wrote earlier today that texts that I wrote with Windows 10 and tried to transfer to answer or add to an address became jumbled, illegible. It may be good to know that this also occurs with a number of adverstisement that are sent to me. What do I need to do to correct this?

When PC is activated Firefox will open and then close and reopen. When opening another app and starting to work in it, out of the blue, the app will quit and Firefox will open automatically. Not at all times but very aggravating when it does happen. More often than not.

Long time ago I had this email let's say x@yahoo.com after some years i delete and made a new one x@gmail.com. On my PC every time I try to log in it goes like this: I put my x@gmail.com i put my password and it sends me a code on the same Gmail address... Very simple right? I put my verification code in and it says wrong password for email x@YAHOO.com... WHY DOES IT CHANGE MY EMAIL FROM GMAIL TO YAHOO ? I'M LOSING MY MIND I CAN'T LOG IN ON FRESH WINDOWS INSTALL!!!! I even reinstalled Mozilla, I've cleaned everything there is too be cleaned from the browser and same stupid "feature". Whyyyyyyyy????

I saw this same issue posted on here, but I press the shift key while using the Firefox browser and what appears to be a developer menu pops up at the bottom of the page, the crappy thing is this is occuring on my laptop so my keyboard is part of the computer lol

I downloaded the latest Firefox updates this morning. Now my web cam (this to me is a plug in camera that I can move around will not work. I need this camera Now. I have to get some papers filed . Before anyone says anything about my terminology, I do not know and am too old to learn computer technology- I mean age,not attitude. Also I can't figure out how to turn the flash off; there is a little cut in slot to the left of the flashbulbs, does anyone know what this is; and is there an on/off on this camera. Haven't been able to find instructions for it. the slot is the only area I can see that may control something on the camera but I can't see anything that will move in the slot. appreciate anything anyone can tell me. Microsoft Help came up (automated) and when thru a number of tries to fix it and couldn't. I think it was the Firefox update that did it but do not know why or what to check to correct. I went thru all my settings.
