Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Get the following error message: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

I can open my email logins in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox. In Firefox I can open all my previous Bookmarks, but not Outlook. Any advice gratefully received, thank you

Exactly the same issue with DuckDuckGo browser but no difficulties with Safari where I can login to Facebook as usual …

I have firefox on imac, ipad and iphone. Recently my imac firefox browser became unable to load etrade after the login page. It just shows a white/blank page. I have to use my mobile devices to see this site. I have tried opening in troubleshooting mode - no change. I don't have any extensions or add-ons. The problem has persisted for 2 or 3 weeks so far. Y want to be able to chat with my friends in Facebook and at times it takes my 20 minutes of waiting to get connected!!! And now all of the blue I get a bunch of widgets instead and also A sign that says that there is a problem with my browser!!! Please help me out!!! I can not access my Outlook/Hotmail account in FireFox. I get a plank page. I have never had this problem before. I have no problem loading it in other browsers. Did something change? How do I correct this problem?

Password box is not live. Works fine on Safari. Works fine on the other (older) computer on Firefox. Only site I am having problems with today. (Know there was a big problem yesterday. Only started 10/21. Running an M1 Mac Mini Firefox 144.0 (aarch64). Mac is running Sequoia 15.6.1.

What do I have to do to get it back up and running? I would rather not have to change the password if i don't have to.

The system asks me to sign in using my passkey or to try another way. The screen is frozen - can't enter passkey, can't choose another way. The only way out is to close firefox. I have no problem signing in with a different browser (Safari).

I am unable to log in to Facebook. I enter my email and password (both correct) then another page comes up asking me to log in. I click on log in and a verification page appears and disappears before I can click the "I'm not a robot" button. It then gets stuck in an endless loop. Incidentally, it keeps trying to log me in on a Facebook business page. What's that all about? Grrr.

When I try to log in to my account with Amazon Prime, Firefox freezes as soon as I hit the Continue button after entering the username and password. I can't open or close tabs or do anything. I don't have this problem with the Amazon account in any other browser.

Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! Ever since I updated to 153, the FedEx website goes unresponsive after it pulls up a tracking number: I have to force quit Firefox to get out of this problem. No other website that I use has this issue. Everything else works just fine. What could be the issue here?

I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

Since the Tahoe upgrade I can't login to my google account because the 'Passkey' prompt that the system is supposed to automatically trigger, never eventuates as it used to in Sequoia. I am signed into my account on the same desktop using Safari but my preferred browser is Firefox, so this is quite frustrating.

the bill pay feature has worked for years on firefox. when I asked merrill edge about the feature not working, they asked me to use another browser. So I used Chrome, and the bill pay feature works.
