been spending the day updating passwords and i finally had to update my firefox account password, sadly i had lost the original password so i had to fully reset it. Idk if that contributed to the issue at all but ill mention it just in case this is a known problem. now im trying to sign back in and it just keeps getting stuck loading saying "working" some other things, I use waterfox as my laptop runs macOS 10.11.16, so I'm also worried that this is not a bug but a "feature" intended to push users to update their browsers. as i type this its been "working" on signing me in for about 5 minutes and i doubt its doing anything but spinning that wheel around for show. i was able to sign back in on my phone, any help?

I accidentally deleted the blue star on one of my book-marked items and am struggling to get it back. Its very useful so i can see immediately if somethings already been bookmarked. Plus I could remove easily and/or put into other folders. All solutions appear to be to go to customize firefox and to drag and drop in some bar at the top of the page BUT when i do this it STILL doesn't come back. HELP!!! (Please explain in total laymens terms and don't nauseate me with technolingo.)

The top informational header for my Earthlink email has vanished on Firefox. I still receive email but cannot reply/forward via Firefox. a complete and correct Earthlink email is still found on internet and their website.

How do I get the header for my email back on Firefox?

Hi, my 2008 Mac Pro uses OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6 and I am on Firefox 78.15.0esr, I cannot install the new upgrade. Can I continue using the older version of Firefox even though the sync will not work anymore?

My apple computer is 2008 imac and on the 78.15.Oesr and no more updates exist, will i still be able to use firefox web browser after March 31st

I am trying to access "Boston Scally" website. When I enter their website to window shop, there isn't a problem, but when I go to order a particular item, the web page goes nuts. I am having this issue with a number of different websites when I try to order or pay for the product.

Some webpages, that I must log in to, are coming up blank, when I attempt to login. No error, just blank white page. Two examples are paypal and textfree. I have cleared everything I can think of or find on the internet. I have refreshed and restarted several times. This has all started int he last few weeks. The two sites mentioned are ones I really need access to. I am not sure if it is my machine or the browser.

When I go on Google's AI site Gemini, there is no scroll bar, so I can't scroll down for longer answers. I'm on a 2007 Mac with OS 10.11, using Firefox version 78 (I prefer not to upgrade owing to certain software I'm using). How can I get a scroll bar to appear on Gemini with what I have? BTW, when Gemini was called Bard, I didn't have this problem. Also BTW, checking the box "Always" under "Show scroll bar" in System Preferences doesn't help.

This is very very annoying. I have a complicated problem & spend a long time articulating it. The website said it could not automatically get my Share Data, and there was a button to a page telling me how to do it manually. Instead of opening a new tab, it left THIS page. When I went back, this text entry box was EMPTY !!!!

Hello! I have Firefox, version 78.15.0 installed on my mac OSX 10.11.6. A few days ago I lost the ability to use messenger in FaceBook. I cannot send or receive messages from others. When I click on messages, nothing happens. This happened suddenly. Otherwise, Firefox works as normal on my older mac. Can you give me a hint as to what is causing this? I am no longer able to log in to eBay using Firefox. I am using Firefox 78.15esu bc I have an older Mac that will only support up to Mac OSX 10.11. I was able to use eBay up until this morning when the site asked me to log in again... and verify that I am indeed a human through the hCaptcha checker. The checker cycles between identifying horses and lions... and every time, I seem to pass but then comes the message "Failed to pass Captcha, Please try again." I can access eBay using Safari and Chrome. Right before the failure today, the rendering of the eBay pages was odd... needed 3x the screen width to see the whole page. eBay says that the problem is on the Mozilla side of this issue... mostly because I can use a different browser without problem. I think I am in agreement with them. I don't really want to use a different browser but I will bc I like eBay, too. Please advise.
