I'm upgraded to Win 11 Pro from Win 10 Pro. I noticed that the Bookmark menu button is gone, seemingly replaced by a Bookmark Bar. For me that's not a good thing. How can I get the menu button for Bookmarks back?

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

When I am watching a YouTube video and switch tabs, sometimes, on return to the YouTube tab, I have no sound. It is not muted. The system sound is fine. This does not always happen. I can switch tabs and still hear the sound. Then switch back and no sound. The video is not paused. I've tried pausing and playing the video, still no sound. Refreshing the tab doesn't help Where do I go to turn the sound back on? Win11, Firefox v144.02 64 bit.

I have an Investors.com account and a feature they offer is a stock sector data table that shows recent performance and other information. When I try to open these tables they close immediately, but if I use my tablet with a different browser they will remain open. I believe this is a simple setting that I need to adjust, but I don't know enough to figure it out.

After years of opening Outlook/Hotmail from my bookmarks or by entering the address, suddenly five days ago I can’t. All I get is a blank page with the address in the address bar (image attached). Using the same address, I can open it in MS Edge and Norton Private Browser, which has all of the Firefox bookmarks. I’ve spoken with Norton help, thinking that their program caused this, but they couldn’t solve it. Thank you

A folder appeared on my desktop titled "Old Firefox Data". It is dated 11/2/25 at 12:47 PM. What is this and why did it just appear on my desktop? Do I need to keep it or can it be deleted?

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? When I opened my computer this morning, it said Firefox crashed. Yesterday, I was scammed by a scammer claiming to be from Microsoft who had me do many things on my computer to remove a virus that wasn't there. Instead, I suspect he may have access to my information now. So this morning after it said that Firefox had crashed, I asked to open a new Firefox session and things seemed to be normal. Please double check to make sure there is nothing wrong with my Firefox account and let me know. Thank You!

Hello... currently when I try to open a PDF from the internet, I cannot open it in Firefox. Specifically I have been adding PDF files to a FB page, but cannot open the document when browsing in Firefox. I can open it, when using EDGE.

Why is my Discord blocked? It's a completely normal site where I can talk to my friends and play with them but now I can't. Please unblock this site. I wanna interact and have fun talking with my friends.

Hello It is impossible to display the icons of certain applications since I used Firefox. This problem does not exist with Chromium browsers (Chrome Brave...) Thank you for your help

i previously set up profiles using about:profiles, but with the new profiles feature i don't see any of them showing up. i haven't found any articles that allow me to convert the files from about:profiles to use the new one.

i am not logged in to firefox on the others either.

is there a way to link the profile files on my computer to save my bookmarks and history? i don't know if there will be continued support for these files and want to make sure my bookmarks are saved for all of them. i would prefer to stay logged out of the other profiles.

Attached images include screenshots of the empty profiles (one from clicking the profiles from dropdown, one from clicking "manage profiles", and one with blacked out personal data from going to about:profiles).

Firefox is shutting down all my active tabs automatically WITHOUT asking me. This is regularly happening and wastes a lot of time. Is it due to installing Updates ? I DON"T want ANY updates and I am fully happy with my current version. If this doesn't go away, I will have to delete this browser and move elsewhere.

Google appears to be taking over control of my firefox page. When I open Firefox, Google search and other functions appear on screen and take over. Also, most of my saved bookmarks have disappeared .This probably happened when I got tech help to deal with problems accessing my MS and Google accounts. I have always used the Google search engine but it only when I clicked on the search bar. Now it seems to have taken over and I seem only to be ableto access sites using Google Can I restore lost bookmarks so I can go direct to internet sites?
