I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

I don't have access to the primary email to do anything. I do have the secondary email entered but it's asking for a code from the primary email to change it, like I mentioned we don't have access to. Is there any help for this. Hate to lose what we have.

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? I have no way of receiving any codes going to my old work email address which no longer exists. Thank you, Gina Axsom

i miss spelled my email and after i did it wouldnt let me go back and change it even though i didnt even enter the password. now when i try to change it, it trys to make me make a new profile please help.

my account is under [email address] but that is defunct and I can't access it at all. So I can't log in. I can't change to my secondary email which is [email address] Can you help me

I changed email adress 3 month ago and didn't update my Firefox profile. With only that adress registered (no secondary email) I cannot change to a new one or add secondary because a confirmation mail are sent to my old account, that are deleted. Are there any way to change email, add phone number or .... without access to the old email account?

The primary and only email address I have set for my mozilla account, while it was my main email address at the time that I signed up, had become clogged with too much daily spam nonsense, so I had made a different email address that I switched to using. Apparently, since I hadn't logged into the first email account for a certain amount of time, the account provider deleted the account, so when I decided to try to change my primary email account that I have listed on my mozilla account, but when I tried to add a secondary account like it says your required to do so you can change the primary, mozilla wants me to enter a code sent to my primary email address to prove I am me, and therein lies my problem. I can't get into the primary email account because it doesn't exist anymore, so I need a new primary email account on my mozilla account, and I can't add a new email account to my mozilla account because I can't access the primary email account. I can't find a contact help link or anything, the closest I could get was this link that sent me here to the forums. Can somebody help me out?

I no longer have access to the gmail i used to sign up Moxillla Account since they deleted it wrongfully. How can i change my moxilla email to another one? I tired to add secendary email on Moxilla but i need to first fill the verification code which is sent to my now-nonexistant gmail. Please help me.

I no longer have access to the primary account email. I went under "manage account" tried to make the secondary email my primary, Firefox sends verficiation code to my primary email. I do not have access to that email.

Please help.
