Good afternoon! Two weeks ago, whatsapp web stopped connecting. The site does not load QR-code.Tried to go through a private window and checked all the additions - all to no avail. From plugins only video Codec Openh264 and Widevine. Help to understand what the problem is.

Using Firefox 71.0 (and previous), my bookmarks stored in folders on the Bookmarks Toolbar open up on another ddisplay than where Firefox is. I have to go to the opened meny on the other screen and select the bookmark there. This problem came with a resent update, but has been working nicely for several years before that.
FF 71 again broke tabs and menu bars!

I have tried to enable two-step authentication for Firefox using Authy 2-factor Authentication app for several times, but to no avail. Prior to trying to enable it for Firefox, I succesfully enabled two-factor authentication for my Facebook, Google and Microsoft accounts. After trying it for Firefox, I also did it for my PayPal account, so the Authy app doesn't seem to be the problem here. I tried typing the six numbers with and without space in between and multiple times in two consecutive days, bot nothing seems to work. I read the QR code succesfully and added Firefox on Authy, but the code just always seems to be incorrect (I'm not sure how to translate it in english, I am using Firefox in Finnish, see the attached image). I censored all the codes in the image.
I would really like to get this to work, as two-step authentication seems to be a good way to make my account a lot more secure.

I have Fingerprinters checked to be blocked but on all these sites it still was able to uniquely ID my browser. I thought I had the options set pretty well to lock it down but it doesn't seem that way. Is something not working right or ???

In Outlook for Office 365 if I click to view an email in a web browser, it opens in Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge, neither of which I want to use. I haven't found any way of changing the default to Firefox. In the Office file association wizard I ought to be able to associate the file types .mht, .mhtml, .url etc with Firefox but my options seem to be locked down within Windows 10 Home. 'Choose where to get apps' is set to 'anywhere' but I'm forced towards the MS Store where Firefox is not acknowledged as an app. Surely I can solve this without having to switch to Windows 10 Pro? Grateful for all help.

Hello. In my bookmarks library I have a lot of folders organized in a tree with multiple branches themselves organized in hierarchic levels. Sometimes I don't find the bookmark I want to use by browsing my tree, probably because I didn't put it in the right location in the tree. I can find it by the "Search bookmarks" function but this function doesn't provide the bookmark location in the tree (and I don't see any other way to locate it). Thus I can't correct the bookmark location error in the tree.
Is there a way to locate a bookmark in library folders tree ?

My Windows 10 taskbar is set to auto-hide. For some reason, with Firefox on my laptop (but not on my desktop computer), Firefox will not allow the taskbar to pop up. I have searched for multiple solutions, and attempted:
- Restarting with add-ons disabled. - Closing the browser and then renaming xulstore.json before restarting.
The only solution that has worked temporarily is going into full-screen mode then exiting it, but again, it is only temporary, as either minimizing the window or leaving maximized mode will cause the problem to reoccur when the window is maximized again.

After a recent automatic update my old problem with Firefox Quantum came back. Every time I open Firefox browser I get multiple 4-6 firefox.exe running in the background processes. When I go into details and try to end process tree it crashes my browser. When I open Firefox it starts all over again. I have gone into about:preferences and
De-select ‘Use recommended performance settings’ Set Content process limit value to ‘1’ from its default value
I have also gone into about:config and switched browser.tabs.remote.autostart to false. Still have the same problem.
