FF 69.0.1, OSX 10.12.6, everything browser is updated. Frequent crashes in normal mode, even with all addons disabled. Stable in Safe Mode. I've been through the entire troubleshooting article and handled everything except the OS, which I can't do because of other software requirements. Crashes are hard OS crashes & reboots, not FF Crash Reporter. Most often is 'plugin_container' and less often 'kernel_task'. System is completely stable without FF running and with FF in Safe Mode. Is there anything else I can do? I deeply depend on my browser, have used FF since inception and would like to not switch to "that which is not evil" (which I'm having to use here because moz.org wouldn't let me log in in Safe Mode in FF).

I'm using Apple OS 10.13 with Firefox 68.0.2. At least once or twice a week, when browsing (different, not always the same) sites in Firefox, my computer gets locked up: either, 1) the cursor moves along with the mouse but can't click anything, and the machine can be SSH'd into but %sudo kill -KILL doesn't stop any of the processes (I tried to kill mozilla process and then the loginwindow, as an effort to find a way out of the lock state that's gentler that a hardware reset), or 2) the cursor doesn't move and SSH server doesn't respond. Either way, I have to physically turn the machine off and on to continue. I don't understand how a user-level process can lock up the whole thing, but it didn't used to happen - it started a few weeks ago. What can I do?

I made a fresh install of Firefox 68.0.2 on my ASUS K55VD Notebook, but it crashes without error messages even in safe mode from the first run. I have an identical machine with identical version of Win 10 in which the same version of Firefox runs perfectly. I cannot figure what is the difference between the two notebooks. Graphic cards and driver versions are also the same, as far as I can check. Here follows content of the "report.wer" file I found in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_firefox.exe_bb3e6960f0b5268223c1435cf363fbc6e3728b_f5caf6bd_7b14895d-b5c5-4b7b-b130-2893955908a4", which is the only readable crash report I could find in my hard drive containing the string "firefox".
Hope someone can help me...

Hello!
I use FF 65.0 / 64 bit Windows 10 Pro N / 1809 / Built 17763.292 Nvidia driver 418.81
In this version of windows, but also in the last one, FF causes Windows blue screens (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED). It happens after some time working with the browser, especially when many tabs are open and videos are played. But not always - I cannot reproduce it. I just know it always happens when I browse in FF.
I have uploaded the corresponding MiniDump file on my cloud storage: https://box.medunigraz.at/s/ccJj8qbC9mESAjL
I also include my DxDiag file, so you can see what I have installed.
Thanks for any help, best wishes, Herwig
