Hello, Firefox lagged out and next thing I know - the scroll wheel doesn't scroll the page and instead goes back/forward a page. When I tried to look for a solution I discovered that other keys don't act as usual too, for example 'f' opens the 'file' tab on top, 'e' opens edit etc., but none of them type. Tried looking in the settings, but didn't find anything that could help. Thanks in advance!

I tried first time ever to download and install Firefox to access Intesasanpaolo Home banking.

when clicking in "Accesso Clienti" link under the intesasanpaolo.com, the usual authentication form does not display. Instead I get a weird graphical message error that seems to say "EOAC" (see attachment)

The same website Chrome is correctly operating.

Tried to unblock all cookies but did not help. anyone can suggest some workaround do this situation?

I have using firefox proudly from very early. But recently i have a big big problem with you new update. In firefox when I click "save link as" the link does not change color like it used to be. I am using Firefox version 115.15Oesr because I still use an old computer with windows 7 pro 64 bit.

Hi, I've started my laptop after 3 days, opened Firefox web browser and all my tabs are closed / lost. If I try History -> "Recently closed tabs or windows" is greyed out. How can I recover all my tabs from this computer?

So, today i opened up my firefox and loaded up youtube; it didn't load. I tried to check my wifi speed on speedtest by ookla...the website didnt work. Then i went to reddit to see if this was a bug affecting everyone anddd that also did not work. So, basically half of the websites that i use do not work right now and i can't figure out why. Everything was fine till yestderday and i havent changed any settings. Also, Wifi speed is not the problem here as i opened up ms edge and everything works.

Hi! I'm developing a web extension. I managed to install it via about:debugging "temporary extensions", and I can see the extension icon under the "puzzle button" in the toolbar.

I now want to pin it to the toolbar, it will save me a click when I'm trying to test things live.

When I click the puzzle button, there is no "pin to toolbar" option for the temporary extension, although I can see it for the extensions installed from the marketplace.

Is there a way to allow pinning for the extensions installed for debugging? Maybe an option in "about:config"?

Hi there - I cannot connect to internet wifi (?) and it has the symbol with the exclamation mark. I am currently connecting to my mobile to use the internet. It's kind of weird? this message will probably go through - even stranger!!! so I can bring up the firefosx page but then not connect to a regular website. pleeeeeeeease help??? thank you!

Nord VPN not recognizing that Firefox is on version 130. It keeps thinking that I am on version 128. I have Nord techs telling me what to do with their app but nothing I have done, even a complete new install of Nord, is fix ing the problem. They have suggested I get in touch with Firefox so here I am. OS Win10 home. It is also happening on my lap top with Win 11

Yes I typed about:config and set everything containing "translate" to false. Yes I changed browser settings, yes I deleted translation dictionaries AND THIS PIECE OF TURD STILL SCREWS WITH ME

I have a couple of websites now where the Cookie acceptance window/pop up, displays for 1 second then disappears. This effectively leaves the page slightly dimmed and locked. I've tried the URLs in Chrome and the Cookie window display correctly and allows for user selection.

I have tried to add an exception for the URL for pop-ups, and then disabling pop-up blocking completely, but I still have the problem.

Browsing works well on my Ubuntu/Linux 22.04.5 laptop except one site. Images are not loading. I can see it has js-errors which might be related. And that may be because some js files are being blocked. The site does work on my iphone though. And using Browserstack I can see it works with other OS.

Firefox browser desktop - I've cleared my cache, cookies and history and turned it on and off, signed in and out also. I can log in to my amazon spain account using edge or google. I always use firefox, but now amazon spain won't let me. Is this a problem anywhere else and what else could I be doing wrong? Thanks

Netzero says I am located in Phoenix, Az. I am in Tucson, Arizona. It won't let me change it. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. What is the solution to this? I am going crazy trying to rectify this on my own.

Favicons seem to be a problem for Firefox, at least on Linux Operating Systems. On multiple distros favicons simply don't show, while they may on Windows. Not trying to dig, but shouldn't this be a pretty basic feature that's expected for a browser no matter what OS is used? Even searching at the forums here for favicons reveals 222 potential threads - one would think that the sheer volume of reports issued for them not functioning correctly would prompt a unified remediation effort. Don't get me wrong, I love Firefox - have used it for decades now across a multitude of OS's - and favicons always used to display properly. Googling this issue will reveal several recommendations of 3rd party addons and tweaks. Can we make favicons just work (again?)

What information that I can supply would be useful to help resolve the problem? I have seen the problem on both my old (ancient) Windows 10 desktop and new Windows 11 desktop. I have seen it on my Windows 11 desktop on version 129.0.2 and 130.0. I saw it first on the Windows 11 desktop as I am spending my time setting it up. But recently saw it on the Windows 10 desktop on 129.0.2. When I hover on a tab it highlights the tab (background lightens); but NO description or preview appears.

It works on both PCs when I first start Firefox.
