i got the new update but i have one problem. where is the home button on the toolbar? i would like to just press that like before instead of opening a new page and closing the old one

In the main page (new tab), upper right corner the weather is displayed. However, in my case it shows Paris, France. Been there! - but not in 40years.

the three dots beside the location open a search bar that does nothing. i enter my location... does nothing entered my zipcode... does nothing.

restarted my browser ..... no avail restarted my pc ... no avail

cleared cookies ... then restarted browser ... no avail

Windows 10 firefox ver: Version 143.0.1 (64-bit)

Just updated to version 142.0.1. I now have the annoying behaviour back that video's on a website pop out on the screen while scrolling on a webpage and they are in the way of the text. I don't want any videos popping out. In the past I had it resolved somehow, so it looks like the update "undid" these. If I'm correct I might have changed a setting in the about:config.

I found multiple articles stating to uncheck "Enable PIP controls" in the setings, section [General] - [Browsing]. This options was moved to the [Firefox Labs] section within the setting. This option however is already disabled.

How can I prevent a video popping out on the screen an float above the web page? I just want to keep it in the window\frame where it belongs.

Hello everybody, i hope you are having a great day!. I have a problem with Youtube about the frames drops, in 1080p60fps i have drops but in 1080p normal don't. For system operative i'm using Fedora 43. And the Firefox version is the 145.0.1 64 bits. My specs are low: Intel i5 6200u with his integrated graphics (Intel HD 520) Already installed the extension h264ify, and i think i have all the correct drivers and codecs from the rpmfusion (ffmpeg, mesa freeworld) If u need more detail and information i can give it to you. With Firefox 144, there is unasked for/unwanted AI introduced. How do I ensure that all AI is completely disabled in my browser? I found a link describing some settings, but want to confirm this will disable ALL AI in the browser. I don't want it, don't trust the privacy/security holes yet to be found and would prefer it was not included in Firefox to begin with. The list I've found is:

Do I need to clear that field to ensure I don't get some auto opt-in in the future as more and more of this "stuff" is put into the browser?

Why not leave Firefox as a security/privacy conscious browser and put out a separate AI browser (FirefoxML?) for those that are not as concerned. How does Mozilla ensure that no information is leaked through AI from sessions for professionals that must protect physician/patient, attorney/client information or other legally confidential information?

The problem seems to have started after a browser update. Running up-to-date Windows 10. This issue does not occur when using Edge. Youtube videos are blank (spinning). Sometimes it results is a still frame, other times it spins forever. Many times, you can see a series of stills in the video as the time line is dragged from the beginning to the end of the video. A small number of videos will work, but I have not been able to predict which will work or why. A different Win 10 machine on the same network is fine. I have tried all of the solutions I could find searching on-line (clearing cache, cookies, reboot, restart, update browser software, etc, multiple times). Checked settings in windows, firefox and youtube looking for something. Any help would be appreciated. Have used Firefox for decades and I don't want to be forced to change browsers.

please tell me how to remove the fake virus warning pop ups, I have followed all the directions, but the remove website, & remove all website buttons are greyed out, how do I continue now with the removal of the pop ups?

Unable to Log into website after using autofill of credentials. I am able to log in when I manually type in credentials, but not when it is auto-filled. Please help

Whenever my laptop starts up,firefox with all of my tabs always starts up with it. When i rose up earlier in the day and started up my laptop firefox with all my tabs opened up as normal,but this evening everything is gone. I had at least 20 tabs open and they were all important. There was no option to recover the tabs and this isn't the first time this has happened,this is at least the third time that this has happened after the last year and a bit. This is incredibly annoying and frustrating. Is there even any point in asking the community how this can be resolved?

Hello Firefox Support,

Since the latest update of the Firefox browser, I have been experiencing frequent freezes. The browser becomes unresponsive when performing basic actions such as:

• Clicking on the menu

• Closing tabs

• Copying or editing the URL

When this happens, the only way to recover is to close Firefox and reopen it.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
